Visual inspection of surfaces and geometries. Detects external defects such as scratches, cracks, burrs, contamination, or shape deviations. Can be performed manually or camera-assisted.

Crack testing for non-magnetic materials. Capillary-active penetrants make even the finest surface cracks visible.
