For more than 30 years, we have supported manufacturing companies in quality assurance for their components. Today, more than 200 employees across our locations work to ensure that products are reliably inspected and processed further according to specification.

You get a fixed contact person: From the beginning, you have a fixed contact person at your side. So you always have someone you can turn to directly for questions, organizational matters, or in the day-to-day work.
We gradually introduce you: You will be gradually introduced to your tasks in a structured and practical way. We pay attention to ensuring that you can safely get to know processes, procedures, and requirements at your own pace.
Only when you feel confident, you take responsibility: We do not simply transfer responsibility to you immediately, but only when you are ready technically and personally for it. This creates security, trust, and a good start in your new role.
