You’ll be assigned a dedicated contact person: From the very beginning, you’ll have a dedicated contact person at your side. This means you’ll always have someone you can turn to directly for questions, organizational matters, or day-to-day work issues.
We’ll train you step by step: You’ll be trained in your tasks in a structured and practical way. We’ll make sure you can get to know the processes, procedures, and requirements at your own pace.
You’ll only take on responsibility once you feel confident: We don’t just hand you responsibility right away – we’ll do so when you’re ready, both professionally and personally. This builds confidence, trust, and sets you up for a strong start in your new role.
