Foundation
With two employees, company founder Dieter Breuer founded the single-person company Breuer in 1987. In the company headquarters in Hirschaid, computer equipment was sold at the time.

For over 30 years, Technomix has supported manufacturing companies across a wide range of industries in testing components according to standards, identifying defects early, and systematically reducing complaint risks.
With locations in Germany and the Czech Republic, our own automation equipment, and certified processes according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001, and EN 9100, we secure more than 200 million components every year.
Our services range from a wide variety of quality inspections using non-destructive testing methods (ZfP / NDT) to fully automated camera inspection with our own equipment fleet. In addition, we develop customized inspection system solutions, support the integration of in-house inspection systems, and provide verified testing equipment and sensor solutions.
Depending on your needs, we act as a quality-assurance extension of your operations, take over inspection and rework processes as part of industrial contract work, or integrate as a structured system partner directly into existing production and supply chains.
Technomix does not view quality assurance as an isolated control function, but as an integral part of industrial processes. Whether series inspection, safe-launch phase, complaint containment, or temporary capacity bottlenecks, we provide structured, reproducible, and audit-ready inspection solutions that can be flexibly integrated into existing production environments.

Our history.
From a service provider for the inspection to a technology-supported full-service quality service provider.
Founded in 1987 as a single-person company, Technomix gradually evolved into a specialist for external quality assurance. What started with manual visual inspections is today a structured, technology-based inspection portfolio – from manual inspection methods to fully automated inspection systems. With locations in Germany and the Czech Republic, we accompany international customers from demanding industries with scalable, norm-compliant inspection processes.
1989
Expansion into the service sector
In 1989, the range of services is expanded to include the inspection and repair of electronic components.
1993
Specialization in verification work
From 1993, the company Breuer additionally specializes in visual inspections and verification work.
1999
Continuous growth and increase
In 1999, the company Breuer wins the Robert Bosch GmbH as its first major customer. The specialization on verification work and visual inspection methods for customers in the automotive industry continues to increase. The number of employees increases to five full-time employees.
2001
Certification according to DIN norm
Through certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001, the company Breuer confirms the active implementation of the quality management system. The business grows to 21 full-time employees.
2002
Foundation of Technomix AG
As a result of the extensive development of the company, 40 employees are now working in a fixed team. The service portfolio also expands increasingly, which is why the automotive sector is concentrated in a separate company. On December 23, 2002, the Technomix AG is founded.
2004
International establishment in the Czech Republic
In the Czech Republic, 2004 the Technomix s.r.o. starts, where the team quickly grows to 35 employees in Pilsen.
2011
Acquisition of the environmental certification
The Technomix AG receives the environmental certification according to DIN EN ISO 14001 in addition to the already existing certification DIN EN ISO 9001.
2019
Certification for aerospace
In 2019, the Technomix AG additionally receives the certification EN 9100. The entry into the industry follows in 2020 through orders from the companies Präwest and MTU.
2020
Increase in the number of employees
At the end of 2020, a total of approximately 150 employees are employed at the Technomix AG.
