With us, you have the opportunity to explore various commercial departments and gain comprehensive insight into how the company works. After passing your exams, you can work in many different areas of the company: from logistics and quality management to controlling & accounting, HR and sales.
From the start, we involve you comprehensively in our day-to-day business and project work to expand your commercial knowledge.
You acquire solid knowledge in controlling / accounting, warehouse logistics, production planning and control, quality management, human resources and sales.
We teach you important skills and communication strategies for working with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction

Your qualifications

You have (or will soon have) secondary school (Mittlere Reife) with good grades in mathematics, German and English
You have a strong interest in numbers and data
You enjoy working with technology and computers
You have good manners and a confident, open demeanor
You learn quickly and work carefully
Our site is in a rural location – a driving license or independent transport will make it easier for you to start with us
